The first meeting has the following objectives:
- to establish the action plan for the first year of project
- to get to know the partners, the project teams, systems of education
- to distribute/redistribute tasks related to each partner's duties
- to establish a common methodology for the exchanges
- to update and detail the dissemination plan 
- to establish monitoring frequency and evaluation responsibilities of each partner
